Requires the state to reimburse New York resident naval militia members for health insurance premiums when activated by the governor's call, including TRICARE coverage.

Reimbursement calculated at one-thirtieth of the member's monthly premium amount for each day of service.

State is not responsible for procuring health insurance policies on behalf of militia members.

Reimbursement covers only premiums not paid or reimbursed by other governmental entities, and members who decline health insurance receive no direct payment.

Adjutant general must promulgate rules and regulations in consultation with the state comptroller to implement these provisions.
