Establishes the "Go Green Schools Act" requiring the New York State public authority to develop a publicly accessible mapping tool by December 31, 2026, to help schools evaluate and adopt renewable energy systems.

Mapping tool must include information on cost-effective renewable energy options, siting information for solar, wind, geothermal, and other sources, and data on land use, environmental resources, and grid infrastructure relevant to school locations.

Authority must complete a study within 12 months of the act's effective date analyzing financial feasibility of converting each public school district to renewable energy, including options for on-site generation, connection to existing renewable sources, and microgrid creation.

Authority must submit two reports to the governor and legislature: first report within 3 months after mapping and study completion with recommendations for conversion methods and financial incentive programs; second report within 12 months with sustainability and maintenance cost projections.
