Amends Section 1363 of the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law to extend existing advertising restrictions from gaming facility licensees to mobile sports wagering licensees.

Requires all advertisements by mobile sports wagering licensees to be factual, not false or deceptive, and prohibits depiction of minors except incidental appearances.

Mandates that video advertisements display a problem gambling hotline number for the entire duration of the video.

Requires mobile sports wagering licensees to provide copies of all advertisements to the commission within five business days and maintain records for at least two years.

Takes effect ninety days after becoming law.
