Amends Penal Law Section 190.26 to add two new forms of criminal impersonation in the first degree: impersonating a utility company employee and impersonating a delivery person.

Makes it illegal to pretend to be a utility company employee, express authority from a utility company, or wear unauthorized utility company uniforms or insignia while going onto another person's property.

Makes it illegal to pretend to be a delivery person for packages, food, or beverages, express authority from such companies, or wear unauthorized uniforms or insignia while going onto another person's property.

Maintains criminal impersonation in the first degree as a class E felony.

Takes effect ninety days after enactment.
