Commends Timothy P. Pratt posthumously for receiving the Liberty Medal, the highest honor bestowed by the New York State Senate.

Recognizes Pratt's service as a United States Air Force Security Specialist with the 42nd Security Forces Squadron from 1979 to 1986, where he received multiple commendations including the AF Commendation Medal and AF Good Conduct Medal.

Honors Pratt's distinguished career as a New York State Trooper beginning in 1987, including service with the elite Motorcycle Unit and leadership of the 9/11 Memorial Ride from Albany to New York City.

Notes Pratt's community involvement as a member of American Legion Post 574 and volunteer at local events including the South Glens Falls Marathon Dance.

Provides that a copy of the resolution be transmitted to Pratt's family; Pratt died on October 26, 2016, at age 55, and is survived by three children.
