Eliminates the requirement for hunters holding a valid hunting license to wear and display back tags on their outer garment during hunting season.

Repeals provisions of Environmental Conservation Law Section 71-0923 subdivision 3 that previously mandated back tag display.

Maintains the requirement that hunters carry their license, tag, or hunting privilege documentation on their person while hunting and present it upon demand to law enforcement or landowners.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
