Amends election law section 12-106 to require each elector to cast ballots for the presidential and vice presidential candidates nominated by the political party that nominated that elector.

Establishes that refusal or failure to vote for the party-nominated candidates constitutes automatic resignation from the office of elector.

Specifies that any non-compliant votes by an elector shall not be recorded, and remaining electors must fill the vacancy per section 12-104.

Requires ballots used by electors to bear the elector's name for accountability.

Explicitly preserves title four of the election law regarding interstate agreements on electing the president by national popular vote.
