Defines "intermediary" as any individual, corporation, partnership, political committee, or organization that delivers contributions from others to candidates, authorized committees, or party committees, or solicits such contributions (excludes family members, campaign employees, and commercial fundraising firms)

Requires intermediaries to provide recipients with the contributor's name, mailing address, contribution amount, and date received for each contribution delivered

Mandates candidates, authorized committees, and party committees report to the state board of elections any intermediary who delivers or solicits contributions totaling $500 or more, including the intermediary's name, address, occupation, employer, and total value of contributions handled

Specifies that contributions delivered by intermediaries are attributed solely to the original contributor, not to the intermediary

Takes effect January 14, 2025, and applies to contributions received on or after that date; authorizes the state board of elections to promulgate implementing rules immediately
