Prohibits polling places from being located on the premises of any public or private elementary or secondary school or preschool facility, effective immediately.

Removes the existing requirement that public school buildings be used as polling places whenever possible and eliminates provisions requiring schools to provide accessible voting rooms.

Allows boards or bodies that control publicly owned or leased buildings to request cancellation of polling place designation within 30 days if use would unreasonably interfere with building operations.

Requires the designating authority to determine within 20 days whether to cancel the designation based on potential interference with normal building activities.
