Defines social media to include online communities, messaging platforms, text messages, and electronic image transmission

Makes it a misdemeanor for any person to interfere with a voter's right to take photographs under this provision

Amends existing election law provisions that previously prohibited showing ballots to reveal their contents by creating an exception for self-taken photographs allowed under this act

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
