Amends New York City Administrative Code to require official signage with reduced speed limits, flashing beacons, and notices at school speed zones beginning in school year 2024-2025.

Mandates that 20% of selected school locations receive the enhanced signage in the first year, with the percentage increasing by 20% annually until full implementation.

Requires all signage to be posted no later than the first day of school for each year.

Maintains existing requirement for speed limits between 15-20 miles per hour at up to 50 school locations annually, with zones extending no more than 1,320 feet.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
