Amends the purposes of the Sanborn Volunteer and Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association, Inc. to include promoting volunteer fire service, health and safety, morale enhancement, and social and recreational activities for volunteer members and their families.

Expands the allowable uses of foreign fire insurance premium taxes collected by the corporation from only relief and care of disabled or indigent firemen and families to all purposes set forth in the corporation's charter.

Clarifies that the corporation may use collected insurance taxes for provision of health, safety, welfare safeguarding, and morale-boosting activities in addition to relief and assistance purposes.

Takes effect immediately and applies to taxes due on premiums received on or after January 1, 2024.
