Amends election law to require the Queens county board of elections to provide written language assistance in Bengali, Punjabi, and Hindi pursuant to the Voting Rights Act of 1965

Mandates language assistance include ballots, signs, voter mailings, employee and volunteer training materials, and information on the board's website

Requires production and countywide distribution of a booklet containing a voter registration form in English with instructions in Bengali, Punjabi, and Hindi, along with absentee ballot application procedures in those three languages

Includes general voter information and frequently asked questions in Bengali, Punjabi, and Hindi in the booklet, with option for the board to add other languages

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law, with rules and regulations for implementation authorized to be adopted immediately
