Requires all colleges, universities, professional, proprietary, and graduate schools to provide written notice to students of the institution's tuition liability policy in clear and conspicuous language

Notice must include information about exceptions to tuition liability policies and the process for requesting such exceptions

Schools must provide notice in both hard copy and electronic form, and students must acknowledge understanding of the policy and receipt of notice

Schools must provide additional notices about the tuition liability policy and its exceptions to all students throughout the academic year

Takes effect on the ninetieth day after becoming law
