Amends New York City Administrative Code Section 14-118 to require at least one school crossing guard on each corner of every city block containing a public or private high school (grades 9-12) during arrival and dismissal times.

Requires an additional crossing guard on streets with four or more traffic lanes that border high school blocks, with guards positioned on opposite corners of such streets.

Applies to all public and private high schools with students enrolled in grades nine through twelve.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
