Director of the Office for the Aging shall develop and disseminate educational material on seven types of elder abuse: physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, active neglect, passive neglect, self-neglect, and financial exploitation

Director must establish written procedures and policies for senior centers and contractors regarding employee encounters with elder abuse, including information and referral provisions

Director shall develop a training program for senior service providers on detection and reporting of elder abuse, including counseling of elder abuse victims

Employees of senior centers and contracted entities serving seniors must receive elder abuse detection and reporting training, with refresher training at least once every three years if they have significant direct contact with seniors

Senior centers must hold at least two educational sessions per year for guests and members on elder abuse prevention, awareness, detection, and reporting
