Amends Labor Law Section 196-b to require all employers of one or more domestic workers to provide up to 40 hours of paid sick leave annually, regardless of employer size.

Defines "domestic worker" by reference to Labor Law Section 2, subdivision sixteen.

Expands paid sick leave requirement beyond the previous threshold of five or more employees to include any employer with domestic workers.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
