Requires all state parks containing playgrounds to include at least one wheelchair-accessible swing set for children with disabilities.

Accessible swing set must include a wheelchair-accessible platform swing and a high-backed full support seat.

Defines "disability" using the same definition as section 292 of the executive law.

Directs that accessible playground equipment be incorporated into existing or proposed playground layouts to the extent practicable.

Takes effect December 31, 2025.
