Modifies transportation requirements for nonpublic schools in cities with populations exceeding one million to align with public school calendars.

Removes Anniversary Day from the list of days that nonpublic school officials can request as closures while still receiving public transportation services.

Effective date is July 1st following the date the bill becomes law.
