Authorizes the Nassau County assessor to accept a retroactive real property tax exemption application from the Incorporated Village of Hempstead Community Development Agency for the property at 118 Terrace Avenue, town of Hempstead (Nassau County parcel ID section 34 block 289 lot 158).

Allows the exemption application to be reviewed for the 2020-2021 assessment roll covering all 2020-2021 school taxes and all 2021 general taxes, as if it had been filed by the taxable status date.

Requires the Nassau County assessor to obtain approval from the Nassau County Legislature before granting the exemption and making corrections to the tax rolls.

Permits the applicable governing body or tax department to refund any taxes paid and cancel any remaining taxes, fines, penalties, liens, or interest at its sole discretion if the exemption is granted.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
