Amends New York City Administrative Code Section 19-111 to make curb and curb cut repairs the responsibility of the Department of Transportation.

Requires homeowners of one, two, or three family homes to submit repair requests through NYC 311 and the official city website.

Establishes a 90-day deadline from the date the Department receives a complaint to complete curb repairs.

Allows homeowners to hire a licensed contractor to complete repairs if the Department fails to complete work within 90 days and entitles them to a property tax credit for the reasonable cost of such repairs.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
