Removes requirements for political parties and independent bodies to select and display emblems on ballots, nomination petitions, and election materials

Eliminates emblem selection rules previously applied to state party committees, independent nominating petitions, and village nominations

Removes language prohibiting emblems from matching government symbols, religious symbols, portraits, or currency representations

Deletes emblem-related requirements from nomination certificates, independent nominating petition forms, and village petition forms

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
