Expands disclosure requirements in civil practice law to explicitly include all recordings made by police body worn cameras and vehicle-mounted cameras, including outtakes and transcripts.

Amends criminal procedure law to require prosecutors to disclose all body camera and vehicle camera recordings made in connection with alleged criminal incidents as part of discovery.

Allows prosecutors to limit initial disclosure to recordings intended for trial or pre-trial hearing if total discoverable materials exceed ten hours, but requires provision of a list identifying other recordings by source, quantity, and subject matter.

Grants defendants the right to request and obtain non-disclosed recordings, which prosecutors must provide within fifteen calendar days of the request unless a court order is obtained.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
