Requires all children enrolled in overnight, summer day, and travelling camps to be vaccinated against poliomyelitis, mumps, measles, diphtheria, rubella, varicella, Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib), pertussis, tetanus, pneumococcal disease, and hepatitis B.

Requires all children's non-regulated camp staff to provide current immunization certificates for diphtheria, measles, meningococcal meningitis, mumps, pertussis, rubella, tetanus, and varicella.

Exempts children and staff from vaccination requirements if a health practitioner certifies that immunization may be detrimental to their health, until the practitioner determines the immunization is no longer detrimental.

Mandates that non-regulated camps register annually with the Department of Health and provide parents with written notice that the camp is not regulated or inspected by the state.

Takes effect October 1st following enactment, except for registration provisions which take effect concurrent with chapter 62 of the laws of 2024.
