Requires the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities to submit an updated waitlist and placement report to the Senate and Assembly beginning January 1, 2025, and every six months thereafter.

Waitlist report must include statewide number of individuals awaiting residential placement by geographic area, broken down by age of individual and caregiver, and categorized by placement type (certified out-of-home, supervised, supportive, non-certified residential, or home and community-based services).

Placement report must include number of individuals placed in each setting type during the preceding six months, individuals placed outside the waitlist with reasons for placement, and current individuals in residential programs seeking alternative placements.

Report must contain data on placement failures or requests for alternative placement, costs of placements by type, appropriation funding sources, projected funding requirements, five-year projections of placement needs, and a plan for meeting out-of-home residential placement needs.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
