Amends Election Law Section 8-600 to require the county seat in Warren county to have at least one polling place designated for early voting

Expands existing requirements that already applied to the largest city or highest population municipality in each county and the Washington county seat

Requires early voting polling places to be situated along public transportation routes when practicable

Takes effect April 1, 2024 and applies to all general, primary, run-off primary, and special elections held on or after that date
