Establishes the Office for an Age-Friendly New York within the executive department, headed by a director appointed by the governor

Director must coordinate with the state office for the aging to implement age-friendly policies across state agencies, including improvements to housing, transportation, employment, and social services for residents over 50

Director shall review proposed legislation and regulations to evaluate their impact on older New Yorkers and recommend modifications to affected state agencies

Requires each state agency and department to submit written plans every two years beginning two years after the law's effective date, describing their efforts to ensure services are age-friendly

Does not supersede or replace existing statutory duties of the state office for the aging
