Exempts New York City boards of elections from the requirement to publish notices in two newspapers about general elections, special elections, or village elections conducted by the board.

Exempts New York City county boards of elections from publishing lists of all candidates for public office in newspapers at least six days before an election.

Retains website publication requirements for New York City boards to display election dates, hours, offices, and poll site information online, with distribution to local governments and community boards.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
