Report must provide census of state-operated residential facilities, including operational status, lease information, closure or suspension dates, and projected reopening dates.

Report must include number of eligible clients awaiting placement and other information the commissioner deems necessary to assess the office's ability to deliver services; report must be posted publicly on the office's website.
