Requires the Division of Housing and Community Renewal to issue an annual report on the Access to Home programs covering data and progress from the previous year.

Annual report must include number of contracts with eligible applicants, funding awarded and expended, number and types of projects completed, geographic and demographic information of beneficiaries, unmet demand, denial information, and average project completion timelines.

Report shall be posted on the Division's website in a clear and conspicuous manner and made publicly available.

Requires the Division to undertake ongoing efforts to promote program availability to eligible applicants and property owners, including coordination with other state agencies serving persons with disabilities and annual updates to contact and application information on the Division's website.

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law.
