Permits voters to voluntarily photograph and post on social media their own ballot and themselves at any stage of voting, including in privacy booths or at ballot scanners, provided such photographs do not show other voters or their ballots.

Modifies election law to prohibit soliciting voters to show their prepared ballots to reveal contents, changing language from "shows his ballot" to "solicits a voter to show their ballot."

Allows voters to mark their ballots or take identifying actions in connection with their ballots only as permitted under the new provisions allowing self-photography.

Makes it a misdemeanor to force an individual to photograph and/or post on social media their own ballot or themselves at any stage of voting.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
