Amends Civil Practice Law and Rules to require courts to notify the statewide computerized registry of orders of protection when issuing temporary and final extreme risk protection orders, within one business day of issuance.

Extends registry notification requirements to any amendments, revocations, or restoration of firearm possession rights related to extreme risk protection orders, with notification required within one business day.

Adds extreme risk protection orders issued under Article 63-A of the Civil Practice Law and Rules to the types of orders maintained in the statewide computerized registry established under Executive Law Section 221-a.

Requires all extreme risk protection orders issued before the effective date of this act to be included in the computerized registry on the date this act takes effect.

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law.
