Director of the Office for Technology and Director of the Budget must develop a single, searchable budget database website accessible to the public at no cost by January 1, 2025, and put it into operation by February 1, 2025.

Website must include annual state expenditures to entities and recipients, bond debt payments, local aid to municipalities, annual revenues, bonded indebtedness, and links to state audits or reports, with expected and final outcomes for corporate subsidies including job creation, wages, and tax base impacts.

All agencies must provide required data to the Director of the Budget within 30 days of it becoming available, and the website must retain information for at least 10 years of fiscal data.

Website data must be searchable and aggregated directly on the single platform; public cannot be redirected to other government websites unless those websites also comply with the same requirements.

Individual businesses' tax liability, profits, sales, or losses shall not be listed on the website.
