Requires all common, union free, central, central high schools, city school districts, and boards of cooperative educational services to develop policies ensuring health and safety on extreme heat condition days.

Defines extreme heat condition days as when occupiable educational and support services spaces reach 82 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, with room temperature measured at a shaded location three feet above the floor near the center of the room.

Schools must take action to relieve heat-related discomfort when temperature reaches 82 degrees, including turning off lights, closing blinds, using fans, opening windows, turning off unused electronics, and providing water breaks.

Prohibits occupation of educational and support services spaces if room temperature reaches 88 degrees Fahrenheit.

Amends emergency response procedures to include extreme heat conditions and takes effect September 1, 2025.
