Amends Election Law Section 6-134 to allow New York City voters to sign designating petitions for multiple candidates for the same municipal public office or party position without the usual limit.

Current law restricts voters to signing petitions for only as many candidates as there are positions to be elected; signatures for excess candidates are either disqualified entirely or counted based on date priority.

Creates an exception for New York City voters to designate an unlimited number of candidates for any New York City municipal public office or party position across the five counties.

Changes gender-specific language from "his" to "their" in the statute for inclusive reference.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
