Extends variable supplements fund benefits to all New York City police officers, including disabled officers, line of duty widows and widowers, and registered domestic partners who were previously ineligible.

Extends variable supplements fund benefits to all New York City firefighters under the same eligibility expansion, including disabled firefighters, line of duty survivors, and registered domestic partners.

Extends variable supplements fund benefits to transit police officers, housing police officers, and correction officers who retired and receive benefits from the New York City Employees' Retirement System, including their disabled members, survivors, and registered domestic partners.

Prohibits reduction of variable supplement payments to any officer or beneficiary who was eligible for benefits prior to this law's effective date.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
