Amends environmental conservation law to require the Department of Environmental Conservation to disseminate information about hunting, fishing, and outdoor education to promote instruction in grades 9-12 physical education courses.

Expands Education Law Section 809-a to mandate that public secondary schools provide hunting, fishing, and outdoor education as part of physical education upon request of 10 or more students.

Requires the Commissioner of Education, in consultation with the Department of Environmental Conservation, to establish a curriculum covering hunting and fishing seasons, licensable species, license requirements, outdoor recreation opportunities, and the history and benefits of hunting and fishing in New York.

Takes effect July 1 following enactment, with agencies authorized to adopt necessary rules and regulations immediately upon passage.
