Expands the "eligible period" for attorneys from six years to eight years, measured from the second year through the eleventh year of employment as an eligible attorney.

Extends eligibility to include attorneys working at non-profit indigent civil legal services corporations, in addition to district attorney and criminal defense agencies.

Increases the maximum annual loan reimbursement per qualifying year from $3,400 to $8,000 for eligible attorneys.

Allows attorneys to apply for loan forgiveness starting after completion of the second year of qualified service instead of the fourth year, and increases the maximum number of years eligible for grants from six to eight years.

Clarifies that vacation, leave time, and Family and Medical Leave Act-qualifying absences do not count as interruptions in qualifying employment; takes effect April 1, 2025.
