Establishes the "School Anti-Violence Education Act" creating new Education Law Section 115 to authorize school anti-violence education programs funded through the omnibus school violence prevention grant program.

Defines "evidence-based anti-violence program" as programs developed through scientific research that use public health principles to prevent gun violence and are implemented by nonprofit organizations or public entities affiliated with government-funded public schools.

Requires school anti-violence education programs to provide trauma-support, group counseling, anti-gun violence education including research-based facts about guns, personal and group development, and youth empowerment programming.

Prohibits the use of firearms in any school anti-violence education program for training, demonstration, or any other purpose.

Directs the Department of Education to secure alternative funding sources from local government, private sources, and federal government to fund these programs beyond state appropriations.
