Division of Housing and Community Renewal must prepare a report on non-rental fees imposed by landlords of rent-regulated housing accommodations.

Report shall describe commonly or frequently charged fees, the amounts of such fees, and how fees are determined.

Report may include any other data or information the division deems pertinent to the study.

Division must submit the report to the legislature by April 1, 2025.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
