Amends the not-for-profit corporation law to exempt the Crittenden Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. in the town of Alden, Erie county from the 45 percent limit on non-resident members.

Adds the Crittenden Volunteer Fire Department to an existing list of fire departments and companies that are exempt from the non-resident membership cap.

Non-resident members of exempt fire corporations retain all powers, duties, immunities, and privileges of resident members, subject to existing state residency requirements for out-of-state activities.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
