Allows a plaintiff with an unsatisfied judgment against a defendant (unpaid for 30+ days after service) to collect directly from a co-defendant or third-party defendant who owes contribution or indemnification to the original defendant.

Permits a plaintiff to attach or obtain assignment of an unpaid contribution or indemnification claim from the defendant and prosecute it in the plaintiff's own name for the same amount the defendant would have recovered.

Excludes claims that would be barred under workers' compensation law section 11 and prevents direct recovery against a third party who was the plaintiff's employer at the time of the incident or injury.

Applies this remedy in addition to any other enforcement methods available to the plaintiff and takes effect immediately upon enactment for all judgments entered thereafter.
