Office of General Services must conduct a feasibility study on installing solar panels on all public buildings under its jurisdiction, in consultation with the Department of Environmental Conservation

Study shall identify buildings with historic designs that would be unduly burdened by solar panels and buildings that do not receive adequate sunlight to justify installation costs

Office of General Services must report findings to the governor and legislature no later than one year after the act takes effect

Act takes effect immediately and automatically repeals one year after its effective date
