Increases permanent total disability benefits for volunteer firefighters from $600 to $1,200 per week and for volunteer ambulance workers from $600 to $1,200 per week.

Increases the earnings threshold for disabled volunteers with loss of both eyes, hands, arms, feet, or legs from $800 to $1,600 per week when combined with benefits.

Raises temporary total disability benefits for volunteer firefighters injured on or after July 1, 2023 to $800 per week, and for volunteer ambulance workers to $800 per week.

Increases permanent partial disability benefits for volunteer firefighters injured on or after March 1, 2023: those with 75% or greater earning capacity loss to $800 per week, and those with 50-75% loss to $536 per week.

Increases disfigurement award caps for both volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers from $20,000 to $40,000.
