Requires the New York State Liquor Authority chair to submit quarterly reports to the governor and legislature detailing enforcement activities within 25 days of each quarter's end.

Reports must be posted to the authority's website and the state's open data portal in machine-readable format.

Each report shall include inspection numbers aggregated statewide and by county and legislative districts, reasons for inspections, inspection duration and timing, summonses issued with responsible agencies, fines and penalties, and establishment closure information with average closure duration.

Reports cannot include information that would violate federal, state, or local privacy laws.

Effective January 1 following enactment, with amendments expiring when the underlying section of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law expires.
