Creates a new section 226 in the Elder Law to protect the privacy of senior center visitor contact information (name, address, and phone number).

Prohibits public entities and their employees, officers, or agents from disclosing senior center contact information and exempts such information from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Law.

Permits disclosure of contact information only in civil court proceedings or administrative bodies when the action directly relates to senior center attendance.

Imposes a civil penalty of up to $5,000 for any person who knowingly releases or permits disclosure of confidential senior center contact information to unauthorized recipients.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
