Expands the definition of infertility to include a person's inability to reproduce as a single individual or with a partner without medical intervention, and physician findings based on medical, sexual, or reproductive history, age, physical findings, or diagnostic testing.

Adds "iatrogenic infertility" to insurance law, defined as an impairment of fertility caused by surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or other medical treatment affecting reproductive organs or processes.

Changes large group health insurance coverage for in-vitro fertilization from three "cycles" to coverage for three completed oocyte retrievals with unlimited embryo transfers from fresh or frozen oocytes or embryos from covered retrievals, following American Society for Reproductive Medicine guidelines.

Prohibits insurers from denying coverage based on a covered individual's participation in fertility services provided by or to a third party.

Specifies coverage may be subject to annual deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments consistent with other policy benefits, and takes effect immediately.
