Adds Onondaga County to the list of counties where deer hunting is authorized during the first Saturday after November 15 through the first Sunday after December 7, using pistol, shotgun, crossbow, muzzle loading firearm, rifle, or long bow.

Adds Onondaga County to the list of counties where deer and bear hunting is authorized during the first Saturday after November 15 through the first Sunday after December 7, using pistol, shotgun, crossbow, muzzle loading firearm, rifle, or long bow.

Excludes Onondaga County from the Southern Tier, Central and Western region hunting provisions to prevent duplicate or conflicting regulations.

Act takes effect immediately but expires on October 1, 2025, at which point all provisions are repealed and reverted.
