Requires the Office of Renewable Energy to post and maintain a statewide map on its website showing location, acreage, and generation capacity of all approved and proposed renewable energy facilities with permitted or submitted applications.

Map must include facilities under the office's jurisdiction and renewable electric generating facilities under Article 10 of the Public Service Law, with updates upon completion of each new or updated application.

Mandates creation of an informational tab organized by regional economic development council regions that calculates impacts including total acreage of proposed projects, prime and unique farmland, open space, and forest land affected.

Requires the Office of Renewable Energy to consult with the Public Service Commission in developing and maintaining both the statewide map and regional impacts informational tab.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment, with authorization for the Office of Renewable Energy and Public Service Commission to adopt necessary rules and regulations immediately.
