Mandates access to specific treatments including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and vicarious/secondary trauma treatment

Covers additional forms of therapy, counseling, and information as needed to support employee health and wellbeing

Amends Section 421 of the social services law by adding a new subdivision 9

Takes effect immediately upon passage
